The Brief
ONE Musicfest is a major annual music festival held in Atlanta. For the 2025 event, I created a wide range of graphics, including wayfinding banners, vendor menus, fence scrim, coroplast posters, crew tees, stickers, and VIP materials, to support attendee navigation, vendor needs, and overall festival atmosphere, ensuring every touchpoint reflected OMF branding.
My Role
I worked closely with clients Hank and Ed and Live Nation, as well as food vendors, to deliver accurate, visually consistent large-format menu designs, wayfinding signage, and various festival materials. I designed VIP crew tees and custom stickers in line with the festival’s brand guidelines. I coordinated revisions with vendors to keep each menu accurate and consistent.
The Challenge
The biggest challenge was coordinating with multiple food vendors to gather accurate menu information and create individual menus that felt unified. I also needed to ensure all festival signage, from banners to posters, maintained a consistent and engaging aesthetic. This required me to manage multiple versions, tight timelines, and final approvals across different deliverables.
The Outcome
The event’s graphics created a cohesive visual system that strengthened the OMF brand. Clear signage, engaging menus, and festival-themed stickers supported attendees and staff, while on-time completion helped reduce stress for the festival producers.
